After disseminate an image of a bird in Angry Birds using a lightsaber, the Rovio confirmed last weekend to launch a version of the game inspired by the Star Wars series. Starring characters dressed as important figures of the series created by George Lucas, the new game is scheduled to arrive to Android and iOS on Nov. 8.
"It is not simply the Angry Birds dressed as Star Wars characters," he told USA Today Paul Southern, vice president of licensing and products at Lucasfilm. "They are characters with personalities themselves," he added.

The dark side of the force will also be represented by swine versions of Darth Vader and his stormtroopers units. The prediction is that, like the previous entries in the series, Angry Birds: Star Wars is available either for free or on a paid version.
